Athletes In Transition focuses its efforts on being a pipeline of choice with progressive and innovative companies around the globe. We are the conduit between our client firms and a talent pool of pre-qualified transitioning professional and Olympic athletes—both parties highly motivated to create a long term employer-employee relationship. Using an executive search model we work with our corporate partners to assist them in identifying key positions that become strategic hires when filled by former athletes, many of whom would be culled from our carefully compiled proprietary database.
